Returns

It may occur that you would like to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a specific reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping. The costs for return from your home to Eastern Essentials are for your own account. These costs can vary depending on the country it is returning from. We can make a return label for you or you can consult the website of your favorite carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied have to be sent back unopened (skin care and cosmetic products fall under perishable goods just like food and cannot be revoked after use, opening or a broken seal) and need to be returned to the entrepreneur in its original condition and packaging. Feel free to re-use the shipping box we provided. The best way to return your product is to use sturdy packaging material with sufficient filling material to fixate the product in the box and for it to not move. According to the official shipping guidelines of various carriers it should be able to withstand a fall from 1 meter. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can download, complete and print our return form to include it in the box or contact us via info@easternessentials.nlWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method withint 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges of our products. The product could be returned to us according to the guidelines written above and a new order could be placed on our website. The costs for return from your home to Eastern Essentials are for your own account. In case a wrong product is sent, we would gladly exchange the product for you and the shippings costs both ways are also on our costs. If that is the case you could mail us at info@easternessentials.nl.

Damaged product?

We do our utmost best to package the order in such a manner that it will arrive to you safely. If the product is damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible at info@easternessentials.nl and tell us the order number and article number together with photo(s) of the damaged product. Eastern Essentials will review the case and offer a refund/voucher or settle the amount on your next order.
